ASTURIA VZW Belçika Minderhout merkezinde faaliyet gösteren bir yetişkin eğitimi kurumudur. Merkez 2014 yılında bağımsız ve kar amacı gütmeyen profesyonel bir kurum olarak en iyi örnekleri uygulama, proje yönetiminde farkındalığı ve standartları artırma ve cezaevi eğitimlerinde yer alma hedefiyle kurulmuştur. Bölgesel çapta faaliyet gösteren merkezin 160’dan fazla yarı zamanlı öğrencisi bulunmaktadır
